#BharatMovieReview: It's Emotional+Entertaining, Sal-Kat's Best Film Ever

One of the most awaited movies of 2019, Bharat: Journey Of A Man & A Nation Together, hit the theatres today on the auspicious eve of Eid-ul-Fitr. And like every year, everyone’s favorite “Bhai” Salman Khan is back again this year too with the Eidi, which is his nothing else but his film Bharat.

Ever since the film shooting began, it created a buzz among the fans. And after the film’s shooting wrapped up and the movie was all set for release on the celluloid, there was much craze about the unveiling of posters, trailer, and songs.

Coming to the film’s plot and story, it is an official adaptation of the Korean film Ode To My Father. The movie is set in the backdrop of India-Pak partition and post-independence era. It depicts the journey of a man called Bharat (Salman) and the country together as they experience this national upheaval and revolution.

Radha (Disha Patani) is his love interest in the early years of life during the 1960s, and they together work at the Great Russian Circus. Then around the mid-1970s, the oil discovery in the Gulf region results in Indian migration to the territory. There, he meets chief engineer Kumud Raina (Katrina Kaif) who he falls in love with. Later, he volunteers for Indian Navy. And to keep the promise he gave to his father (Jackie Shroff), Bharat takes care of his family and the business during that period, which eventually leads to economic liberalization in the 1990s.

Well, talking of its review, all the leading actors as well as supporting cast have done a phenomenal job in their respective roles. And must say, in his five different looks right from childhood to the old age, Salman has just nailed it in every avatar and scene. Besides Salman Khan in the titular role of Bharat, Katrina is brilliant, Disha is good, Jackie as his father looks convincing, and Sunil Grover as his childhood friend & colleague provides a good dose of laughter.

All in all, Bharat movie offers a concoction of the perfect ingredients it takes to call a picture “hit” that are humor, emotions, patriotism, romance, action, and drama. As far as movie’s music that is given by Vishal-Shekhar is concerned, every song, be it Chashni, Aithey Aa, Slow Motion or Zinda, sets the right mood for the audience at the various occasions in the film.

The popular Film trade Analyst Taran Adarsh rated the movie with 4 stars and gave his one-word review as "SMASH-HIT." He tweeted-
