Bollywood’s evergreen diva Rekha who made fans bow down with her eternal roles in many movies like Silsila, Natwarlal and Umrao Jaan, never desired to become an actresses, the diva for that first time realized the manifested fact that she is born to act during her film ‘Khoon Bhari Maang’ well thankfully she did!

Now it is said that the 1988 release ‘Khoon Bhari Mang’ is set to come up on the screen in the form of a remake. Well that’s not all, grapevine suggest that the leading lady of Bollywood, Deepika Padukone is roped in for doing Rekha’s role!
Deepika Approached for Rekha’s Role, Divulges a Source!
“Deepika had been approached for the role, and she has given her nod,as she loved the subject given to her” said an inside source from the industry.
Well if so then it would be immensely exciting to see the gorgeous Deepika Padukone doing such an intense role.
The 1988 release Khooni Bhari Maang also had Rakesh Roshan, Kabir Bedi and Shatrughan Sinha in key role, however it would be interesting to note who would get roped in as the male protagonist.
