Newlyweds Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas threw their wedding reception yesterday after hosting lavish wedding ceremonies at Jodhpur's Umaid Bhawan Palace. It was one grand reception held at Taj Palace in New Delhi and attended by several political leaders.
Priyanka and Nick performed wedlock in respect of both Indian and American traditions. First, they exchanged their vows for the Christian wedding on Saturday evening and then Hindu wedding took place on Monday.
On Tuesday, the first photos of Priyanka and Nick are out by People magazine. Must say, all were eager to see wedding pics from the very day of #PriyankaNickEngagement. And they are everything one would have ever dreamed of.
Also, Priyanka took social media to share photos from her Christian and Hindu wedding ceremonies which shows her excitement towards a new journey with Nick Jonas, the American pop singer. Nick looked very handsome in a golden sherwani (Traditional Indian outfit) designed by Sabyasachi Mukherjee for the Hindu wedding.
And, the couple wore custom-made Ralph Lauren outfits for their Christian wedding. Also, their wedding parties donned the same label.
The entire Jonas family attended the wedding ceremony. The list includes Denise Jonas and Kevin Jonas Sr (Nick’s parents), a minister who officiated the Christian wedding, Jonas’ brothers, Kevin with wife Danielle, Joe and his fiancee Sophie Turner (“Game of Thrones” star), and Frankie Jonas.
And, from Priyanka’s side, all family members and her close friends attended the wedding. It includes mother Madhu Chopra with brother Siddharth. Mannara and Parineeti were also present at the ceremony.
While Priyanka looked elegant in silver lehenga, Nick looked fashionable in a navy blue velvet tuxedo.
An online source E! stated about looks of bride and groom, for Priyanka they said, “breathtaking in her traditional red Indian wedding outfit.”And, the source added, “Nick did a beautiful job following the customs of a Hindu ceremony, it was lovely seeing how they honoured both of their heritages.”

Well, the couple will also host a Mumbai reception for all PeeCee's industry friends, following the Delhi reception. However, when and where it will take place is not announced yet.
