#YuviRetires: Bollywood Celebs Praise & Congratulate the Cricketer

As on Monday one of the most talented and loved cricketers Yuvraj Singh announced his retirement from all forms of cricket, it left everyone shocked and sad.

During a press conference on Monday, the 37 years old cricketer Yuvraj Singh who is known for being an all-rounder on the field has announced his retirement from International Cricket.

Yuvraj said,

“I have decided to move on.”
In ODIs, Yuvraj has 8,701 runs and 111 wickets to his name. And, he has 1,177 runs and 28 wickets in T20Is. He is also known as one of the greatest limited over cricket players for India. Needless to say that Yuvi has won many games along with our hearts in his career spanning over 24 years.

Along with talking about his worst moments, during a press conference, he recalled all his best memories as a cricketer also.

He added,

“It was a great rollercoaster ride and beautiful story but it has to come to an end. It was the right time to go.”
In 1995, when Yuvraj was just 13 years old, he started his career, while Punjab under 16s was playing against Jammu and Kashmir. Further, when he was selected for ICC KnockOut Trophy in 2000, he debuted for International cricket.

The moment batsman announced his retirement, not only his fans but also celebrities from b-town took to their social media to share their feelings towards the cricketer’s decision. Actors like Anupam Kher and Raveena Tandon not only praised him for his contribution to the sport but also applauded him for his accomplishments.

Actor Hazel Keech, who is also Yuvraj Singh’s wife, wrote on Instagram,
