After giving a wonderful message with 'Ek Ladki Ko Dekha To Aisa Laga, ' Sonam K Ahuja is all set to take her fans on an interesting ride with her upcoming film titled, ‘The Zoya Factor.’
Recently, the first poster of the flick is out featuring her as the goddess of luck. The actress, who is said to have proved lucky for her father cum actor Anil Kapoor, is playing as Indian cricket team’s lucky charm in the movie. The film also stars Malayalam actor Dulquer Salmaan as the male lead.
Only two hours ago, Sonam shared the poster on Instagram with the caption,
“Who needs Nimbu Mirchi, when you have Zoya Solanki! India’s lucky charm is here to turn tables around for you. #TheZoyaFactor

It can be seen in the poster that she has worn a blue-bordered sari in the style of how we see Indian goddesses in temples and paintings, finished with traditional jewelry and a garland. Although, she is also seen holding a bat in one hand, wearing sport shoes and a helmet in another.
Moreover, with a lotus pattern and a halo in the background, she is seen standing on a podium. And, the words, 'India ka lucky charm' can be seen flashing with multi-colored graphics in the background on the poster.
Soon after the poster became viral, her fans started hailing her look in the film and also welcomed her with a pinch of humor.
A fan called her-
“Cricket ki devi shree shree zoya.”
Well, other one wrote,
“Zoya mata ki jai!”
Moreover, Trade analyst Taran Adarsh shared the motion poster on Twitter and wrote,

Before the release of motion poster, Sonam shared a clip and also announced that a special revelation is coming our way. She wrote,
“The time is set for the big reveal of India’s lucky charm! I’m feeling lucky, are you?”
The movie, based on writer Anuja Chauhan’s book of the same name, is a story about a Rajput girl named Zoya Singh Solanki who meets the Indian Cricket Team while doing her job as an executive in an advertising agency.
One thing leads to another, and she ends up becoming a lucky charm for the team in the 2010 Cricket World Cup. And later, Zoya falls for skipper Nikhil Khoda (played by Salmaan) who doesn't believe in superstitions and luck.
Directed by Abhishek Sharma, the film is slated to hit the screens on September 20 this year.
