Sonakshi Sinha who is most often noticed doing bubbly roles in commercial masala films, is soon going to portray an unusual avatar in her upcoming Amrita Pritam biopic. Well according to reports the Dabangg actress, hot Sonakshi Sinha has been roped to play the lead in debutant director Jasmeet Reen’s biopic on author-poet Amrita Pritam. Sonakshi Sinha Wishing to Tryout Something More Serious
After getting the taste of appreciation for her role in Vikramaditya Motwane’s ‘Lootera’ film, Sonakshi seems frantic to grab eyeballs with her unconventional role in the forthcoming biopic as well.A source close to the actress revealed that “Though no formal announcement has been made Sonakshi is playing Amrita Pritam. She is very excited about the challenge of playing her first real-life character.”“There are many reasons why Sonakshi does commercial films. Firstly, she enjoys them. And secondly, she can’t say no to friends who want her in their films. But now she’s determined to try her hand at something more serious,” added the source.
Well it would be interesting to see Bollywood’s bubbly diva Sonakshi Sinha portraying an intense and realistic character in the biopic.
