As per rumors, in the previous episode of Sasural Simar Ka, Sidhant and Roli was driving and to avoid the accident, they turn their car into mortal where Roli squabble from the car and Siddhant were trying to save her but she falls from the crag. Later Sid joined by Prem and Simar and took Roli to hospital, but after passing serious condition Roli comes out of risk.

The Doctors inform her family that Roli’s face was fully damaged so he had to do plastic surgery on her face. All the Bhardwaj Family were getting ready for the surgery, but Sid never imagined that her face will change totally, which was a great shock for him. Later, when Roli (Sara Khan) was returned to Bhardwaj house, her family was not willing to accept her. Than Simar took many tests on her and she is passed in every test and proved that she is the real Roli. But Simar and entire family were spurn to believe that new Roli is their own Roli.
