After the show “Kehta Hai Dil Jee Le Zara" gone off air, Ruslaan Mumtaz was missing from the small screen since a short. But, the handsome actor is now all set to re-enter small screen with the Bindass channel’s show "Yeh hai Aashiqui”.
The actor who has made his debut with the Sony channel’s “Kehta Hai Dil Jee Le Zara" show would be seen in the forthcoming episode of Yeh hai Aashiqui, acting on a track and projecting a role which resembles his real love life. The episode would feature Ruslaan as a Muslim boy who falls in love with a Hindu girl, which is close to his personal life. Ruslaan who recently got married to his long time Hindu girlfriend, says that he also endured such situations.

The actor said, “"The girl's family is always skeptical when the question is about their daughters' marriage and the person with whom she is planning to spend her future. It is the girl, who has to move into the boy's house, which is altogether a new beginning for her.
"Hence, the girl's parents are concerned about the changes in which their daughter will have to adjust. Also, the boy has to face these reactions from a girl's family until and unless he proves himself to be an ideal match for their daughter."
