Dhak Dhak girl Madhuri Dixit and her husband Dr. Nene have been appointed as the brand ambassador of ‘Beti-Bachao-Beti-Padhao’ campaign, by the Government of Haryana state.

The initiative for this campaign was launched by our honorable PM, Narendra Modi in Panipat on Thursday. The reason behind choosing this state for the campaign is the fact that it has one of most skewed sex ratios in the country. The Minister of Human Resource Development Smriti Irani and Maneka Gandhi were also present there at the launch of this campaign.
