Director Mahesh Bhatt and Vishesh Films are back with a sequel of 1991 superhit Sadak. The movie will hit the screens on 25th March 2020. The film’s star cast is already announced which includes Pooja Bhatt, Sanjay Dutt, Alia Bhatt, and Aditya Roy Kapur.
On the occasion of Mahesh Bhatt’s 70th birthday, Vishesh Films took to Twitter to announce their star cast in Sadak 2. Earlier when asked about the film, actress Pooja Bhatt told that “we are making Sadak 2.” The movie would be presenting the idea of dealing with the issues of depression.
Alia wrote on Instagram, “On your 70th Birthday you have given me the greatest present I could ask and dream for. You are directing me! Sadak 2 is a dream come true. What I thought will never be possible you have made possible. Thank you daddy from the bottom of my heart, soul and bones.
This will be a journey of discovery.. Of life, movies, feeling and most of all.. Of a father and daughter. I love you my not-so-old man! Happy Birthday.”
