The famous producer Karan Johar and director Rohit Shetty are teamed up for the remake of ‘Ram Lakhan’ a film by Subhash Ghai. The cast, of the Anil Kapoor and Jackie Shroff starrer film is still not finalized yet.
According to a rumor a list of Bollywood actors from Arjun Kapoor to Varun Dhawan are to be casted for the film ‘Ram Lakhan’, but recently one more name ‘Ranveer Singh’ is added to the list.

Rumors are spreading that the producer Karan Johar is upset with famous Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh for dropping out of his film ‘Shuddhi’ and selecting ‘Bajirao Mastani’ of Sanjay Leela Bhansali. “he gets the offer, he won’t say no. He recalls that when Ram Lakhan released, he was a kid. He has seen it a lot of times and believes that the film is a perfect blend of love, action, emotion and romance which the audience loves to watch. He would accept the film promptly.”

Ranveer Singh is the best selection for the role of Lakhan in the remake film of ‘Ram Lakhan’ because the real life personality of Ranveer matches the interesting character of Lakhan.
