After so many controversies over the film's title, finally, the much-anticipated trailer of Ekta Kapoor 'Judgementall Hai Kya' is out. And, as expected, fans can't keep calm. Yes, the trailer received immense love and appreciation on characters of Bobby (Kangana Ranaut) and Keshav (Rajkummar Rao) as soon as it came out.
Like in 2014 film Queen, the two powerhouses of talent are back to win the hearts of millions with their superb performances. With this laugh-riot, both are set to take you on a crazy ride. The trailer of the film shows both Kangana and Rajkummar as two suspects for murder.
In the film, Kangana is seen performing the role of a complex, unabashed, paranoid Bobby. Whereas, Rajkummar is playing the role of a smooth talker. As the trailer goes, Keshav shifts in a house with a girl next to Bobby's place. And further Bobby starts keeping a strict eye on Keshav and his lifestyle as she finds his normal life fake.
Well, the rest of the trailer shows both Kangana and Rajkumar putting up a fight against each other to prove their innocence to the police.
Earlier the film was titled ‘Mental Hai Kya,’ but after the controversy surrounding its depiction of mental health, the filmmakers changed the name to ‘Judgementall Hai Kya.’
Kangana, who is already popular to pick interesting and quirky projects, found the script of this film quite challenging.
She once said in an interview,
“The way my life unfolded in the past few years, I realised there was so much stigma attached to being different. 'Mental' or 'psycho' were the terms used to shame me, but these can't be used casually as swear words. When this script came along, I knew I had to do it to break the stigma around it. Apart from Kangana and Rajkumar, the film also stars Jimmy Sheirgill, Amyra Dastur and Hrishitaa Bhatt in vital roles. Written by Kanika Dhillon under the banner Balaji Motion Pictures, Judgementall Hai Kya is slated to hit the screens on July 26.
