After successful check-in of Hindi Medium on box office, Irrfan Khan is all set to bring its sequel, ‘Angrezi Medium.’
One of the most versatile actors of Bollywood, who was on long break and returned from London last month due to his diagnosis of a neuroendocrine tumor in last February, is ready to make a come back on the big screen.
The shooting of the film has begun in Udaipur, Rajasthan. The Maddock Films officials tweeted this morning.

Also, the movie critic Taran Adarsh tweeted,

The direction and production of Homi Adajania and Dinesh Vijan respectively will show a new narrative about Irrfan’s onscreen daughter who travels to London for higher studies.
Moreover, a source unveiled the plot of the film a few months ago. He said,
“The film is now targeting a global audience, including those who go to the US for higher education and don't have English as their first language.” Source added,“The film will not just address the issues of Hindi medium students in the US, but also those of the students from other countries who face trouble fitting into a system where English is the primary spoken language.”
Not only they announced but, the makers also shared photos right from the Udaipur shooting location. One of the images conspire the clapperboard, and the other one has Irrfan Khan posing with his team, which includes director Homi Adajania, cinematographer Anil Mehta, and producer Dinesh Vijan.
Also, Irrfan, who had won several awards for his performance in Hindi Medium, wrote a message on Twitter. He tweeted,
“Maybe somewhere in the pursuit of winning, we forget how much it means to be loved. In our vulnerability, we are reminded. As I leave my footprints onto these steps of my life, I want to pause to be grateful for receiving your immense love and support, it soothed me in my process of healing. Apart from Irrfan, the film also stars Kareena who is being reportedly signed opposite to Irrfan's character. Moreover, for the role of Irrfan's daughter in the film, Pataakha actor Radhika Madan has been confirmed.
