The supremely talented and super stunning actor Deepika Padukone nailed the traditional look as she donned a beautiful yellow attire for an event organized by the Mumbai Press Club. From saree to suit to casual pants, Deepika proved yet again that she could pull off anything and everything with her grace and confidence.
The dimpled actress chose to wear a shimmery mustard yellow salwar suit by Sabyasachi. Also, she upped her style game by pairing it with a matching plain yellow dupatta. Coming to her accessories, she had her hair tied in a neat bun, wore golden mojdi pencil heel, and carried heavy stone earrings. And for makeup, she opted for smokey eyes, filled-in brows, nude lipstick, and highlighter.
Moreover, she not only attended the event but also interacted with photo-journalists, honoring thirteen of them. This year, over 100 news photographers of Mumbai were in the race, and almost 800 pictures were sent for the Mumbai Moments 2020 competition. At the event, she inaugurated the photo exhibition - ‘Mumbai Moments 2020’ and 'Excellence in Photography Awards 2020.’

On the professional front, Chhapaak - her latest film based on the life story of real acid attack survivor Laxmi Agrawal - is garnering all the praises from critics and the public alike. Her performance is being loved by all. And people are overjoyed to see the actress on the celluloid after two years since Padmaavat released in 2018. Also, it is her first film as a producer.
She will be next seen in ’83, playing on-screen wife to real-life husband Ranveer Singh, who would be seen as Kapil Dev. She is co-producing this film as well.
