Many B-town celebrities expressed their anger at the recent terror attack on a Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) convoy in Pulwama district, Jammu and Kashmir.
On Thursday, an SUV carrying 350 kg of explosives had rammed a suicide bomber into a bus carrying the CRPF soldiers in the bloodiest attack in decades on security forces. The attack has left 44 soldiers dead. And, the Pakistan-based terror group Jaish-e-Mohammed has taken full responsibility for the attack.
Post the incident, many Bollywood celebrities like Javed Akhtar, Shabana Azmi, Paresh Rawal, Riteish Deshmukh, Swara Bhaskar, and several others took to social media to show their anger.
Indian poet, lyricist and screenwriter Javed Akhtar wrote,
"I have a special relation with CRPF. Not only wrote on Twitter but Akhtar and his wife and actress Shabana Azmi have turned down the invitation to appear for a programme on poet Kaifi Azmi in Pakistan. And he wrote,
