5 New Fiction & Reality Shows to Watch Out on Indian TV Channels

This new year has some amazing fiction and reality shows in store for the Indian TV viewers. Several new television programs have gone on-air on different Hindi channels. And some are yet to be launched and are all set to surprise the audience with their unique concepts.

So, let’s here check out the list of upcoming TV daily soaps and reality shows that you should look forward to and might like to binge-watch.

1. Roadies 17

The 17th edition of the popular adventurous reality show ‘Roadies’ would premiere on 15 Feb on MTV. While Rannvijay Singha is the maha guru, the gang leaders would be Raftaar, Sandeep Singh, Nikhil Chinappa, Prince Narula, and Neha Dhupia.

2. India’s Best Dancer

India's Best Dancer is a dance-based reality show. The judges of the show would be Malaika Arora, Geeta Kapur, and Terence Lewis. And it would be hosted by the real-life couple, Bharti Singh and Harsh Limbachiyaa. It would start from 29 Feb, replacing Indian Idol 11 on Sony TV.

Its tagline is-

“Ek rule ek usool, jab tak best nahi tak tak rest nahi.”

3. Khatron Ke Khiladi 10

Another famous high-octane stunt-based reality show, Khatron Ke Khiladi, is coming with its 10th season. Hosted by Rohit Shetty, it would be featuring celebrity contestants like Karishma Tanna, Karan Patel, and Tejasswi Prakash. It would replace Bigg Boss 13 on Colors and would begin from 22 Feb.

4. Pavitra Bhagya

Ekta Kapoor, the owner of Balaji Telefilms and Alt Balaji, recently announced her new soap opera named Pavitra Bhagya after the success of Kundali Bhagya, Kumkum Bhagya, and Pavitra Rishta. Also, it would have 'Ishqbaaaz' fame Kunal Jaisingh as its male lead.

5. Maddam Sir

Maddam Sir’s story is based on a women police station and revolves around four female police officers who try to solve cases in novel ways. It would go on air from 24 Feb on SAB TV at 10 PM slot.

The tagline of the show is-

“Kuchh baat hai kyunki jazbaat hai.”

Besides the above TV shows and serials, Ek Duje Ke Vaaste 2, Qurbaan Hua, Dil Jaise Dhadke...Dhadakne Do, Ishq Mein Marjawan 2, and Barrister Babu would also be premiering on their respective TV channels soon.
