Sonu Sood, who has became a much known name in Bollywood and Kollywood, is busy these days in the promotion of his new multi-starter film, Happy New Year. The actor who started his career in Kollywood with Prashanth starrer Majunu, followed by which he appeared in many Tamil films, has a special affection for Tamil movies.

Recently during the promotions of Happy New Year, when he was in the city Chennai, gratifying the south Indian audiences he said, that he owes everything to south, for becoming a well-known face. "I love to do Tamil films and I have got a lot of offers and I have always wanted to strike a balance between south films and Hindi movies. I am always game for Tamil films," added the actor.

When Sonu was asked about always playing the baddie he answered, “I have done positive roles also. But it so happened that the films that I did the negative roles for did really well. Sometimes, people say that I play negative roles really well. I have done comedies too. I enjoy all the roles that I get to perform."
