Now finally the release date of ‘Star Trek 3’, third instalment of the the series is even unveiled. The rebooted Star Trek film series is directed by Justin Lin, the man behind a number of key entries in Hollywood’s much esteemed movie ‘The Fast and The Furious’.

The film is geared up to hit the theatres on 8 July 2016, which is even the 50th anniversary of the Star Trek television show. Supposedly, the film would be penned once again by Alex Kurtzman and Roberto Orci, with Patrick Mckay and J.D. Payne as the screenwriters.
