Now the first trailer of Freida Pinto’s forthcoming flick 'Desert Dancer' is finally out. The actress has tried a different genre in the biopic of Afshin Ghaffarian, who is a self-taught dancer in Iran.

The first trailer of the forthcoming film showcased the actress practicing dance moves with her friend and putting their lives in danger. The story of the movie 'Desert Dancer' focuses on the real life of a self-trained dancer Afshin played by Reece Ritchie and his love Elaheh played by Freida Pinto.
Afshin and Elaheh together form an underground dance company with the help of their friends and learn different forms of dances by watching some banned videos.

The trailer shows Afshin as a kid who gets punished for dancing in class, at school. But his passion for dance does not ends there. Afshin starts exploring the killer dance moves of Rudolf Nureyev, Michael Jackson and Gene Kelly and come cross the entire barriers.The forthcoming flick also stars Tom Cullen, Marmama Corlett and Nazanin Boniadi is directed by Richard Raymond. The biopic ‘Desert Dancer’ is all set to hit limited theatres on 10th April 2015.
