In the Star Plus serial Diya Aur Baati Hum latest episode, Sandhya is stuck in a difficult situation where she has to choose amongst her family or her duty. Everyone is reanimating her about her responsibilities towards her family and here she could either become a good wife or an honest official.
Baba Sa Hurts Sandhya With His Throbbing Words
Suraj’s father in Diya Aur Baati Hum, Babasa reminds Sandhya the vows which she had taken with Suraj to protect his family. Sandhya on the contrary revives the vow which she has taken towards her duty. She eventually decides to save her country as her country is more imperative than her family. Suraj’s father keeps on telling her however she overlooks all his statements, pick up the box, wear her cap and goes away with tears.
Suraj’s father, Babasa on the other hand even starts crying as he feels unaided to take Suraj and other family members away from the grip of terrorists. Sandhya’s officer friend tries to explain her family members about her decision that she has always kept her family above all, and it’s hard to make such a petrifying decision for her as well.

Sandhya Chooses Her Country Over Her Family!
The other officers and Sandhya becomes ready to get onto the mission to meet the Bharat Air flight’s hijacked passengers. Sandhya promises to either kill Rajkumar during the mission or to take him back with her alive for exemplifying the world.
Now it would be interesting to see how Sandhya in Diya Aur Baati Hum would accomplish the mission and take her family and the other passengers back from the grip of terrorists?
